Acceptable Use Policy
This policy says what you may and may not do with Live Moment. It covers the photos you upload, the results the app creates, and how you use and share them. It is part of the Terms of Use. It also reflects the rules of the AI providers we use, which apply to what is sent to them. Because some results are made with OpenAI models (such as GPT Image, reached through our AI provider Pixazo), OpenAI's Usage Policies apply to you as well. Live Moment is only for adults (18 or older).
The short version
- Use photos of yourself, or of people who agreed.
- Photos of children: only by their parent or legal guardian, and only ordinary family photos.
- No sexual content or nudity, no minors in inappropriate settings, no violence or dangerous acts, no self-harm, no hate, no impersonation or deepfakes of people who did not agree.
- Results are made by AI. Do not pass them off as real.
- Report problems with the Report button.
1. Whose photos you may use
- Yourself, or people who have given you permission. That permission must include their image being processed by third-party AI providers, which may be outside your country.
- Children: only if you are the child's parent or legal guardian, and only ordinary, everyday family photos. Never upload other people's children.
- Not photos of strangers, or of public figures such as celebrities or politicians. AI providers often reject them, and using someone's likeness without their consent is not allowed.
- Not photos you have no right to use, such as pictures owned by someone else, or photos of ID cards, documents or other private information.
2. What is not allowed
Do not upload, create or share anything that falls into these groups. Some AI providers block these things automatically, and we may act on them too.
- Sexual content and nudity. No sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, no nudity, and no attempts to remove or change clothing ("undressing" or "nudify" uses).
- Minors in inappropriate settings. No sexual, suggestive or exploitative depiction of anyone under 18, and no minors in romantic, adult, dangerous, degrading or humiliating scenes. This is a zero-tolerance rule. We remove such content, close accounts and report it to the authorities where the law requires or allows.
- Impersonation and deepfakes. Do not make content that impersonates a real person, or shows them doing or saying things they did not do, without their consent. Do not create fake evidence, scams, fraud, election manipulation or other deception.
- Violence and dangerous acts. No graphic violence or gore, threats, terrorism, dangerous stunts or challenges, or content that encourages crime.
- Self-harm. No content that shows or encourages suicide, self-harm or eating disorders.
- Hate and harassment. No hateful content aimed at people because of who they are, and no harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing or humiliation.
- Illegal and rights-infringing content. Nothing that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's copyright, privacy or other rights.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
3. What you must not do with the service
- Do not resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app, access to it, or its results as a service or in bulk.
- Do not use bots, scripts or other automation, and do not call our servers or AI providers except through the app.
- Do not try to get around usage limits, allowances, safety filters, payment or account restrictions. This includes trying photos or tricks meant to make the AI produce blocked content, or making extra accounts for free previews.
- Do not use results, or the way the app works, to train or improve an AI model or a competing service.
- Do not probe, attack, overload or reverse engineer the app, our systems or the AI providers we use.
4. Be honest about AI-generated results
Everything Live Moment creates from your photo is generated by AI. Do not present a result as a real recording of a real event, and do not use it to deceive, defraud or harass anyone. When you share a result publicly, say that it was made with AI where the law or the platform requires it. Some results carry hidden markers or metadata, for example C2PA content credentials. Do not remove or hide any AI label, watermark or marker.
5. How we try to keep the app safe
- The app uses fixed style templates. You cannot type free-text prompts.
- The templates tell the AI to keep everyone fully and modestly dressed and the scene calm and family-friendly.
- We switch on the safety filters that the AI providers offer. They may screen photos and results and can block them. If a provider flags a photo or a result, we do not retry it with another model and we do not deliver flagged results.
- A blocked photo does not mean we accuse you of anything. A creation that is refused is normally not counted against your allowance. Try a different photo.
- We use reports to improve these filters.
These safeguards are not perfect, so please report anything that gets through.
6. Report a problem
Use the Report button on a result in the app, or email 1yesari1@gmail.com with the subject "Report". Say what is wrong. A report holds the reason you pick, an optional note and a reference to the result. We may look at the result to decide what to do.
If something you did not upload shows you or your child, email us. We will delete what we hold and ask our AI provider, Pixazo, to delete its copies, as described in the Privacy Policy. We cannot force AI providers to delete their copies, but we will tell you which providers we use.
7. What happens if the rules are broken
We may refuse or delete a photo or result, limit features, suspend an account or close it, with or without notice where we think it is needed. If the law requires it, or a child's safety is at risk, we may report to the authorities. AI providers may also block requests on their own. If we close an account because of a breach, we may refuse a refund where the law allows.
