Delete your Live Moment data

You can delete some or all of your data in Live Moment: Weather Wallpaper and keep your account. To delete the whole account instead, use the account deletion page.

Step 1. In the app: delete a creation

  1. Open Live Moment and tap Library in the bottom bar.
  2. Under My Wallpapers, tap the finished wallpaper you want to remove.
  3. Tap Delete Wallpaper, then confirm with Delete.

This removes the wallpaper's images and video from your phone and, right after, its copy in your cloud library. Keep your phone online for a moment so the cloud copy can be removed. If it was offline, or if the item is a look in your Weather Set (Live Weather or Live Weather Plus), which the app cannot delete one by one, use step 2.

Step 2. Anything else: ask us by email

  1. Write to 1yesari1@gmail.com from the email address of your account.
  2. Use the subject Live Moment data deletion request.
  3. Say which data we should delete, for example your uploaded photos, your generation history or your reports.

We reply to that address to check that it is you. We never ask for a password or payment details. Then we delete the copies we hold (in our database, cloud storage and cloud library) within 30 days of your request. For copies held by our AI processing provider, Pixazo, we forward your request to Pixazo. Pixazo's deletion function is not available yet and only works for about 90 days after a creation, so we cannot give you a date for these copies or promise that they are deleted.

Which data you can delete, and how

Approximate weather locationIt is stored only on your phone, rounded to about 11 km, and never sent to our servers, so we hold nothing to delete. To remove it, clear the app's storage in Android Settings (Apps, Live Moment, Storage, Clear data; this also signs you out) or uninstall the app.

What we keep, and for how long

These periods apply even after a data deletion request.

Files you exported or shared (Gallery, Downloads, sent to other people)Not in our control. Delete them on your phone, or ask the people you sent them to.
