Live Moment: Weather Wallpaper · Last updated: 4 October 2026

The short version

  • Live Moment turns a photo you choose into AI-animated wallpapers. To do this, your photo is sent to our servers and then to third-party AI providers: Pixazo and the AI model developers it works with. Any faces in the photo go with it, including family members and children.
  • Our servers are in the United States. Pixazo processes your photo in the United States and the Asia-Pacific region, and the developer of the AI model may process it in other countries. That can be outside your country.
  • Only upload photos of people who agreed. Only upload photos of a child if you are that child's parent or legal guardian.
  • Our temporary copies are deleted automatically, usually within a day or two. Your creations stay in your private library until you delete them or delete your account.
  • Pixazo deletes your uploaded photo within 6 days, but keeps the generated images and videos until they are deleted on request. Pixazo has told us it does not use your photos or results to train AI models. See section 4.
  • You can delete your account in the app. We then ask Pixazo to delete its copies, but its deletion function is not available yet, so we cannot promise when, or whether, they are deleted. See Deleting your data.
  • Live Moment is only for adults (18 or older).
  • We do not sell personal data, and the app shows no ads.

1. Who we are

Live Moment: Weather Wallpaper ("Live Moment", "the app") is an Android app offered by Yunus Emre Sarı, Sancaktepe/İstanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described here, which means we decide how and why it is used.

Location (optional)An approximate, district-level location, or a city you type in. When you tap Use My Location, the app asks your phone for its approximate location only (the app does not use the precise-location permission) and rounds it on your phone to one decimal place of latitude and longitude, about 11 km, roughly a district, before it is saved or sent anywhere. The coordinates of a city you type are rounded the same way. Your phone is asked for its location only when you tap Use My Location, never in the background. The rounded position is saved on your phone and used to look up the weather: when you open the app, when you check the weather yourself, and, while weather switching is on, about once an hour in the background (Android may run the background checks less often to save battery). The weather lookups go straight from your phone to the weather services. We never receive your location and do not store it on our servers.Your device, you

Analytics and crash reports

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) and Firebase Crashlytics. Analytics records how the app is used: which screens are opened, which features and plans are viewed or chosen, and whether a generation or purchase completed. It comes with device and app information, a random app-instance ID and your account ID. Crashlytics records crash reports with technical details such as device model, operating system and app version. We do not send your email address, your photos or your precise location to these services, and we do not use an advertising ID.

We use this data only to keep the app stable, fix errors, understand how it is used and improve it and its pricing. Google acts as our processor, and the data is encrypted in transit. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your choice the first time you open it, and nothing is collected until you answer. Elsewhere it is on by default. You can turn analytics and crash reports off at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy → “Share usage data”. When you delete your account, we also ask Google Analytics to delete the analytics data linked to your account ID. See also Firebase privacy information.

The app also stores your creations, settings and your chosen city or approximate location on your phone. Files you save to your Gallery or Downloads, or share with other apps, are outside the app and outside our control.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, these are the legal bases we rely on. Other laws, such as Turkish law (see the KVKK notice in Turkish), use similar grounds.

We do not use your photos or results for advertising, and we do not use face recognition to identify anyone. Automated safety checks may block a photo or a result, but nothing we do with your data produces legal or similarly significant decisions about you.

4. AI processing and who receives your data

This is the most important part of this policy. Creating a wallpaper works like this:

  1. You choose a photo. It is uploaded over an encrypted connection to private cloud storage.
  2. To make the starting image, our server sends your photo to an AI image provider. It is sent as a file or through a temporary link that stops working after a short time.
  3. After you approve the starting image, our server sends that image to an AI video provider, which animates it. The starting image is made from your photo, so it shows the same faces.
  4. The results come back to our server. We keep them temporarily and copy them into your private library, so you can restore them after reinstalling.
  5. The temporary upload of your original photo is deleted as soon as processing has finished.

Faces, including those of family members and children, are processed by these providers. The table shows who they are.

The AI models we use change from time to time (the list above is from 2 October 2026), and the model developers behind Pixazo can change without notice. We keep this list current, and on request we will tell you which providers we use.

What providers do with your data

  • They process your photo on our behalf to produce the result, under the terms we accepted with Pixazo. Pixazo passes your photo to the model developer that runs the model. Each also has its own terms and privacy policy.
  • They may scan photos and results for prohibited content, and may refuse a photo.
  • No training. Pixazo has told us in writing that it does not use your photos, our instructions or the results to train AI models. For OpenAI, which we reach through Pixazo, we rely on its published API rules: data sent to its API is not used for training unless the customer opts in. For the other model developers we rely on Pixazo's arrangements with them, and provider terms can change.
  • How long Pixazo keeps data if nothing is deleted on request: your uploaded photo or starting image is removed within 6 days; request records (our instructions, settings and links to the results) are kept for 90 days; API usage logs for 180 days; operational logs for about 7 to 90 days; backups for about 5 weeks. Generated images and videos are not deleted automatically: Pixazo keeps them until their deletion is requested.
  • Copies at the model developer follow that developer's own rules. For example, when GPT Image 2.5 Flare is used, OpenAI's published API rules say it keeps abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, unless the law requires longer.
  • Deletion at Pixazo. Pixazo has announced a function that deletes everything it holds for a request (your photo, our instructions, the results, links to them, the request history and logs). It is not available yet. When you delete a creation or your account, we keep a list of the Pixazo request numbers involved (only those numbers, nothing that names you), so that we can ask Pixazo to delete them once that function is available. The function can only delete a request while Pixazo still has its request record, which is about 90 days after the creation, so we cannot promise that older copies can be deleted. Data that Pixazo deletes is gone from its backups within about 5 weeks. Deletion at Pixazo does not reach copies a model developer holds under its own rules.

5. International transfers

Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers in the United States (Iowa). Pixazo processes it in the United States and the Asia-Pacific region (through Cloudflare and Microsoft Azure), its operator is based in India, and the model developers behind it may process it in other countries. Some of those countries may not give your data the same protection as your own country.

Where the law requires a transfer mechanism (for example from the EEA, the UK or Türkiye), we rely on an adequacy decision where one exists, or on standard contractual clauses or other safeguards recognised by that law. Pixazo has offered us a data processing agreement with the EU standard contractual clauses, and we are working to put it, and for Türkiye the standard contract of the Personal Data Protection Board, in place. They are not signed yet. Until such safeguards are in place, and for individual transfers where the law allows it, we rely on your explicit consent, which you give when you confirm the upload notice and create a wallpaper. Ask us if you would like a summary of the safeguards.

6. Photos of other people and children

  • Only upload a photo if you have the permission of everyone who can be recognised in it.
  • Only upload a photo of a child if you are that child's parent or legal guardian. Do not upload other people's children.
  • If you are in a photo that someone else uploaded and you want it removed, write to us. We will delete what we hold and ask Pixazo to delete its copies, as described in section 4. We cannot force providers to delete their copies.

The app asks you to confirm these things before your first upload, and the Terms of Use say that uploading a photo confirms them.

7. How long we keep data

DataHow long
Uploaded original photo (temporary copy)Deleted as soon as processing has finished, and in any case automatically, normally within one to two days.
Temporary generated images and videosAutomatically deleted, normally within one to two days.
Your library: copies of your source photos, images and videos, so you can restore them after a reinstallUntil you delete the creation, or delete your account.
Your free preview imageUntil you turn it into a wallpaper project, or delete your account.
Account, plan, allowance and upload-confirmation recordsUntil you delete your account.
Job records (status, template, model and timing)Automatically deleted, normally within one to two days after they are created. Records that prove a paid single wallpaper's regeneration allowance can stay up to a year.
Technical usage records per generation (model, timing, estimated cost)Up to a year, and deleted with your account.
Feedback messages and reportsUntil you delete your account. A report may be kept longer if the law requires us to keep a record.
Purchase records (product, dates, purchase token, account ID)These can stay after you delete your account, for as long as accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal-claim rules require.
Usage analytics and crash reports (Google)Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for the retention period we set there, and the data linked to your account ID is deleted when you delete your account. Crash reports are removed on Firebase’s own retention schedule.
Server and security logsUp to about 30 days.
Files deleted from our cloud storageKept in a protected, recoverable state for up to 7 more days, then permanently erased. Google may take longer to clear residual copies from its own backup systems, under its terms.
At Pixazo: your uploaded photo or starting imageRemoved within 6 days.
At Pixazo: request records (our instructions, settings, links to the results)90 days.
At Pixazo: generated images and videosNot deleted automatically. Kept until their deletion is requested (see section 8).
At Pixazo: API usage logs, operational logs and backupsUsage logs 180 days, operational logs about 7 to 90 days, backups about 5 weeks. If we close our Pixazo account, Pixazo deletes its live data within 30 days and its backups within 90 days.
Copies held by AI model developersSet by each developer. For example, OpenAI keeps API abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, unless the law requires longer. We cannot shorten these periods.
Data on your phoneUntil you delete it in the app, delete your account, or uninstall the app. Files you exported or shared stay where you put them.

8. Deleting your data

  • Delete your account in the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This erases your account, sign-in methods, plan records, feedback, reports, and every image and video we hold for you, including the library and free preview copies. It also clears the data on your phone.
  • Analytics: deleting your account also requests deletion of the Google Analytics data linked to your account ID. You can stop analytics and crash reports at any time under Settings → Privacy.
  • Delete a creation: deleting it in your Library also removes its cloud copy.
  • If you no longer have the app: use the account deletion page.
  • Copies at Pixazo: when you delete a creation or your account, we keep the Pixazo request numbers of that data so that we can ask Pixazo to delete its copies. Pixazo's deletion function is not available yet, so today these copies are not yet deleted: Pixazo keeps them as described in section 7. Pixazo can only delete a request up to about 90 days after the creation.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play so you are not charged again. It also does not delete files you saved to your Gallery or Downloads or shared with others, copies held by AI model developers under their own rules, or the purchase records described above.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • get a copy of your personal data and information about how we use it;
  • correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to some uses;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before;
  • complain to your data protection authority. In the EU or EEA this is your national authority, in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office, and in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK).

To use these rights, write to 1yesari1@gmail.com from the email address of your account. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We reply within one month (30 days in Türkiye).

United States. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Residents of states with privacy laws can ask us to tell them what we hold, correct it or delete it, using the same address, and will not be treated worse for doing so.

10. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections. Your photos and results sit in private storage, and links to them are short-lived and only given to you or to the provider doing the work. Requests to our servers need a signed-in account, and we use Google's app-integrity checks (Firebase App Check with Play Integrity) to help detect requests that do not come from the real app. This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts, with one exception: the Delete data and Delete account pages load Google's Firebase sign-in scripts (from gstatic.com and apis.google.com) when you open them, so that you can sign in with Google to delete your wallpapers or your account there. Those pages then talk to Google sign-in and to our servers. Your sign-in session stays in your browser's storage until you sign out. The website is hosted on GitHub Pages, so GitHub can see your IP address when you open a page. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account safe.

11. AI-generated content and reporting

Everything Live Moment creates from your photo is generated by AI. It can be inaccurate, can look different from the real person or scene, and is not a real recording. Do not present it as one, and say that it was made with AI where the law or a platform requires it. Some AI providers already add invisible markers to results (for example Google's SynthID). Do not remove or hide any label or marker. We may add visible labels or hidden markers ourselves in the future, or where the law requires.

Our style templates are fixed, so you cannot type free-text prompts. They tell the AI to keep results family-friendly, and the providers add their own safety filters. These safeguards are not perfect.

If a result is sexual, violent, dangerous, shows the wrong person or is otherwise inappropriate, use the Report button in the app, or write to 1yesari1@gmail.com with the subject "Report". We look at the result you reported, which may include opening it in your library, and use reports to improve our filters. Read the Acceptable Use Policy for what is not allowed.

12. Children

Live Moment is only for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it, and it is not directed at, or meant to be used by, anyone under 18. The terms of some of the AI models we use also require this. If you think someone under 18 has made an account, write to us and we will delete it. Photos of children may be uploaded only by their parent or legal guardian, as described in section 6.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect where the law requires it.
